Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you may be eligible to receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving an order. After 30 days, we will not accept returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.Â
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Kits must include all elements from original shipment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, follow this link for self-service return portal or contact us at contact@oranahome.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns must be mailed within 30-days of delivery.
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted directly from the customers refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items received after the return window has closed (30 days from delivery date) will be issued a store credit.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, is missing pieces, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective items are not subject to a restocking fee.Â

Refunds
You will be notified you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take 5-15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
